Effective verbal communication with staff, clients, and partner agencies.
Flexible to respond to emergencies or changing circumstances.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
Able to read, write, and complete forms in English.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Program Supervisor(s) and residential staff.
Plan and oversee daily activities at residential sites.
Attend meetings with service professionals to coordinate programming.
Complete training in Carelogic and navigate census, documentation, and staff changes.
Coordinate IPPs and individual program plans.
Develop and implement planned program activities.
Ensure IPP implementation and program activities.
Meet with Residential Director to review programs and budgets.
Manage resident accounts and petty cash per policy.
Train staff and conduct investigations as needed.
