Job summary

Horizon House, a non-profit organization, provides community-based behavioral health, intellectual disability and homeless services in Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Qualifications

• M.A. degree in Human Services/Social Sciences/Healthcare or related field; or a B.A. with 2+ years MR field experience; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to type at least 55 wpm.
• Excellent problem solving, oral and writing skills; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain compliance with PA regulations referenced (Chapters §5310; §6400; §6500) related to program work.
• Provide training to participants at enrollment and annually on rights, complaint and grievance processes; train residential staff on ISP provisions.
• Provide ongoing evaluation to monitor and adjust services to support individual growth.
