Job summary

Horizon House, Inc. seeks a Director of Residential Services to lead residential, supportive living, and ICRR programs in Lehigh and Bucks Counties, with potential expansion to additional counties.

Oversee planning, administration, fiscal oversight, and evaluation of services; supervise staff and provide clinical supervision as needed. Requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• MA degree in Human Services/Social Sciences, Healthcare or related field with at least 5 years MH/MR experience and 2–3 years supervisory/management experience in MH/MR; or equivalent experience/education.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department operations and programs relative to the Agency's mission as staff implements services.
• Meet regularly with program management and supervisory staff to ensure safe residential environments and therapeutic opportunities.
• Provide clinical consultation and follow-up to facilitate problem resolution.
• Evaluate the quality of rehabilitative services and coordinate with internal/external supports for smooth service flow.
