Job summary

MTM Health, a transportation management company, is seeking a Program Director to lead and coordinate operations, MTM departments, and Transportation Providers to deliver cost-effective transportation services.

You will serve as the Client liaison, ensuring MTM compliance with contract requirements and client expectations, while guiding a large team and managing budgets and growth initiatives across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 8+ years managing large, profitable operations teams in a multimillion contract environment; 10 years preferred.
• Experience with contract implementation.
• Experience establishing and managing performance management.
• Experience managing complex contracts with SLAs and government compliance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of direct and non-direct reports.
• Ensure business outcomes and contract goals are defined and met.
• Educate the Client on MTM procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with Client personnel and internal departments.
• Manage department budget to meet financial goals.
• Conduct quarterly Town Hall meetings and monitor Client satisfaction.
