Job summary

MTM is seeking a Program Director in Minnesota to lead a multi-department team delivering transportation services under contract. You will coordinate operations, MTM support and client activities to ensure compliant and cost-effective delivery.

Role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and strategic growth. Minnesota residency is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PM experience desirable.
• Experience managing large, multi-department teams on multimillion-dollar contracts.
• Experience with contract implementation and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure contract goals and client expectations are met.
• Act as liaison between MTM and Client to ensure compliance.
• Maintain department budget and financial goals.
• Lead quarterly Town Hall meetings and client satisfaction reviews.
• Develop and mentor local staff and build strong teams.
