Ladders is seeking a Program Delivery Governance Lead to guide governance for quality and performance programs. The role partners with finance, operations, and executives to improve decision-making, accountability, and visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Program Delivery Governance Lead – Stars Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide governance processes that support quality-focused programs and ensure cross-functional execution across the organization. The position will partner closely with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders to improve decision-making, accountability, and performance visibility. The ideal candidate will bring strong program delivery experience, analytical rigor, and the ability to lead complex discussions that drive continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,200 – $158,400 annually
