For our client, we are seeking a Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide the adoption of project management practices across a global organization and help teams embrace change with clarity and consistency. You will partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders to integrate change management into project plans, communications, and enablement efforts. The position is focused on driving measurable transformation, improving how change is implemented, and strengthening organizational readiness through training and data-informed insights.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
• 2+ years of experience delivering impact assessments, training, and communications
• 2+ years of experience leveraging technology for transformation
• Prosci or Change Management Institute certification preferred
