Job summary

Humana in a remote-ready role seeks a Program Delivery Governance Lead for the Stars Enablement Team. You will identify, develop, and implement governance structures and forums to drive Stars measure performance and organizational effectiveness while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Working with a small team, you will lead governance meetings, provide actionable insights to executives, and coordinate with finance to manage OpEx.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in program delivery, governance, or quality assurance.
Experience managing budgets and financial resources.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and enhance governance processes for Stars, driving improvements in metrics.
Design and maintain governance structures and forums with leadership input.
Coordinate with finance to organize Stars OpEx and Admin budgets.
Lead governance meetings and document outcomes for accountability.
Provide actionable insights from program results to stakeholders.
Advise executives on governance matters and strategic directions.
Monitor changes to governance processes and pursue continuous improvement.
Escalate to appropriate leadership levels when needed.
Collaborate across business units to share best practices and ensure alignment.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to governance.
