Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Manager, Implementation and Program Delivery to own the handoff from deal signed to full BU adoption. You will partner with Business Units as a trusted contact, build relationships, and drive behavior change while tracking initiatives to surface risk early.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in project/program management and organizational change management.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Background in a customer-facing, service-delivery, or account management environment.

Responsibilities

• Own post-signature implementation and adoption tracking.
• Build genuine relationships with Business Units and stakeholders.
• Partner with Category Managers upstream on implementation and adoption plans.
• Run a standing governance cadence with status, blockers, owners.
• Diagnose and resolve adoption barriers and drive the right fix.
• Manage change with stakeholder-specific plans and escalation when needed.
• Escalate when necessary with data and a clear ask to leadership.
• Track realized value with a savings realization tracker.
