Job description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Change & Delivery Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional business initiatives. This individual will operate at the program level, coordinating work across multiple squads, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure successful execution, adoption, and realization of business outcomes.

Unlike traditional Scrum Masters or Delivery Leads focused on a single team, this role requires a holistic view of large-scale initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, change impacts, stakeholder communication, and organizational readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Governance

• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple delivery squads, business units, and technology teams.
• Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees, status reporting, decision logs, RAID logs, and executive communications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across workstreams while ensuring timely escalation to senior leadership.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, scope, and resource alignment to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders ranging from delivery teams to Directors and Managing Directors.

Change Management & Business Readiness

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies from project initiation through implementation.
• Assess organizational impact and design proactive adoption plans, communications, training strategies, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure change readiness activities occur throughout the project lifecycle rather than solely at release or deployment.
• Partner with business leaders to drive user adoption and operational readiness across impacted functions.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, budget impacts, roadblocks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Influence stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to maintain program momentum.

Delivery Excellence

• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
• Track inter-team dependencies and ensure successful execution of program milestones.
• Implement best practices for delivery management, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Leverage data and reporting tools to provide transparency into program health and performance.

AI-Enabled Delivery Management

• Utilize AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve delivery planning, risk management, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement innovative approaches to enhance program visibility, productivity, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, Change Management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in enterprise change management and organizational readiness planning.
• Experience building and managing RAID logs, governance frameworks, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies at the program level.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership, including Directors, Managing Directors, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and how to coordinate work across multiple Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Experience utilizing AI tools within delivery, program, or portfolio management environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, enterprise data platforms, and large-scale business process transformation initiatives.
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred.
