Insight Global is seeking a strategic Change & Delivery Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional business initiatives across multiple squads, stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure successful execution, adoption, and realization of business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level programs.
• Strong expertise in governance, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs spanning multiple squads and business units.
• Establish program governance structures and executive communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across workstreams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and resource alignment.
• Drive stakeholder alignment from delivery teams to senior leaders.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and track inter-team dependencies.
• Leverage AI-enabled approaches to enhance planning, risk management, and visibility.
