Job summary

National Network for Safe Communities (NNSC) seeks a Program Assistant to provide programmatic, data, and administrative support to the NNSC team as we collaborate with partner organizations to implement the NNSC model in their jurisdictions.

You will help the team stay organized, track implementation progress, maintain high-quality data and documentation, and coordinate the logistics that support effective engagement with partner sites and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of administrative and program support experience.
  • Experience coordinating events, travel, and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning, documentation, and follow-up for advising calls, site visits, trainings, and engagements with partner sites.
  • Organize program materials and data tracking tools for strategy implementation and outcomes.
  • Prepare timely written materials for sites and the organization.
  • Document lessons learned and innovations from partner sites.
  • Maintain the programmatic Wiki and internal knowledge resources.
  • Support development and posting of program content for social media and communications.
