Job summary

Conservation Legacy in North Carolina is seeking a Program Coordinator for the CCNC program. You will recruit and orient members, coordinate onboarding, and support site supervisors, ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.

You will manage participant data, assist with payroll, timesheets, and reports, and collaborate with CCNC leadership to track AmeriCorps slots. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years administrative, recruitment, or corps experience.
• Ability to work with remote locations and hold others accountable to expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to applicants, participants, partners, and staff.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and exiting processes with program leadership.
• Support payroll, timesheets, and program reports.
