Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned financial analyst for the Specter Production Finance team in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role supports DoD programs and requires an active security clearance and US citizenship.

You will manage program finance, EAC processes, and data packages for customer reviews. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) with 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in SAP/APEX and BW, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support regular estimates at complete (EAC).
• Lead financial EV cadence on a monthly basis.
• Prepare data package of program financial status to the customer.
• Conduct variance analysis for manpower and material spending, including variance narratives in an earned value environment.
• Monitor funding, invoicing and cash collection for contracts.
• Collaborate with CAMs, IPT leads, program and finance leadership, and the government customer.
