Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA (Grade P3) in Tucson, AZ to support Earned Value Management inputs, cost and schedule analysis, and Budget Change Requests. You will partner with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leads to drive cost control and schedule performance.

The role focuses on EVMS, EAC/LRE development, and reporting using APEX/SAP and PMX tools, ensuring timely, accurate cost forecasts and variance analyses. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain an active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience working with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar business systems; MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of EVMS processes and cost/schedule governance.

Responsibilities

• Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly with cost tests and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
