Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA in Tucson, AZ to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in Earned Value Management inputs, reporting, and budget changes.

You'll perform EVMS analyses, develop EAC and LRE, monitor costs, and produce forecasts using SAP, APEX, IMS and PMX tools. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience with SAP and/or APEX and related business systems.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and reporting.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Earned Value management inputs and reporting for program areas.
• Develop EACs and LREs, and conduct cost and schedule analysis.
• Produce forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances.
• Collaborate with engineering and program leads to drive cost control.
