Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA (Grade P3) to support EVMS inputs, budgeting, EAC/LRE processes on DoD programs. You will collaborate with Engineering Product Teams and Program Leads to drive cost performance in an onsite environment.

Required: University degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, SAP/APEX and Excel proficiency, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly.
• Perform EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances to plans.
