Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX Company, seeks a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst to support the Processing Application & Exploitation portfolio. This onsite role partners with program management to provide cost reporting and performance analysis.

Ideal candidates have EVMS fundamentals, SAP/APEX EV, Winsight experience, and a US citizen able to obtain/maintain a security clearance; Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or advanced degree with 3+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Program Controls and EVMS fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain program management baseline, including BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
• Process cost transfers, as required.
• Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
• Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as CFSR, BMR and IPMR.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to management and others.
• Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts and ESTs at Complete (EAC).
