Job summary

The Ohio State University in Columbus seeks a Program Coordinator for the Ohio Woodland Stewards (OWS) program. You will plan events using Cvent, monitor registrations, update OWS websites, and manage member databases, supporting outreach and communications.

You will assist with Maple Syrup operations, OCVN activities, and fiscal processes in Workday, while coordinating travel for faculty and guests. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and collaborative style of work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate OWS events using Cvent and monitor registrations.
• Maintain and update OWS websites and member databases.
• Assist with marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
• Respond to inquiries about OWS and coordinate related programs.
• Coordinate travel for faculty, staff, students, and guests; manage PCard reconciliations in Workday.
• Provide Workday training and support fiscal and administrative teams.
• Oversee logistical aspects of SENR outreach and events.
