Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in career advising or student development.
• Excellent communication skills working with individuals and in groups.

• Familiarity with Canvas, Handshake, Zoom, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate internship programs for OSU Extension.
• Provide individual and group career advising to students.
• Coordinate and facilitate training/workshops on resumes, job-search strategies, interview skills, and experiential learning.
• Coordinate workshops for extension educators including internship processes and onboarding guides.
• Track OSU Extension internships: collection and reporting.
• Liaise between the career development office and OSU Extension offices.
