Job summary
The Ohio State University is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Ohio Woodland Stewards (OWS) program. The role involves creating OWS events with Cvent, updating websites, and managing databases for members and workshops.
You will assist with marketing activities and respond to inquiries regarding the program. You will also help coordinate Ohio State Maple Syrup and OC VN programs, coordinate travel for faculty and guests, and provide support to fiscal and administrative teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative style of work.
- Experience with University financial systems including Workday and related tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate OWS events using Cvent and monitor online registrations.
- Maintain and update OWS websites and databases for members and events.
- Assist with marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
- Coordinate travel for faculty, staff, graduate students, and guests.
- Support SENR fiscal and administrative teams and provide Workday training.
