Job summary

Amazon in Nashville is seeking a Program Coordinator to join a fast-paced recruiting team. You will manage recruiting workflows, coordinate end-to-end program logistics, and build strong relationships with internal partners and candidates.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting dashboards, and continuous process improvements to streamline hiring across multiple regions. Bachelor's degree and experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs and data accuracy.
• Coordinate end-to-end program logistics including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation for interviewing and hiring programs across units and regions.
• Create and maintain reporting mechanisms including dashboards and status updates for leadership visibility into program health.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance stakeholder experience through automation and standardized procedures.
• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned programs, guiding processes and coordinating between program managers and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct quality assurance activities including audits and data validation to ensure compliance and excellence.
