Job summary

Northwest Center is seeking a Training Coordinator to support Amazon employee onboarding and ongoing training sessions on-site at Nashville. You will manage registration, logistics, and attendance while driving data-driven improvements for the training programs.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in customer service or events, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce or Qualtrics. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, event staffing, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or Qualtrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee registration and logistics for events and meetings; serve as primary on-site contact.
• Manage attendance of new hires.
• Support with projects and tasks independently as needed.
• Assist with new initiatives and process improvements for evolving team needs.
• Audit, verify, and report data in Excel, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, and Salesforce.
