Job summary

ERC Pathlight seeks a Program Coordinator (PC I-III) to provide direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients, including meal support and milieu management across multiple sites.

You will participate in group facilitation, documentation in the EHR, and coordination of transportation and administrative tasks, with a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor7s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Washington state credential required or pending at time of hire.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state/local licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management, following program schedule and safety checks.
• Group Facilitation and compliant documentation in EHR.
• Meal Support during meals and snacks with patients.
• Administrative support around mealtimes and transportation as needed.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.

Skills

Valid driver7s license

Education

Bachelor7s degree in behavioral health or related field

High School Diploma or GED

Washington state credential

ServSafe certification may be required
