Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You’ll help maintain structure, provide mealtime support, and assist with documentation and transportation as part of a collaborative care team.

The role offers a pathway across PC I–III levels, with requirements spanning high school completion to a bachelor’s in behavioral health and evolving clinical responsibilities in Colorado facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in behavioral health preferred.
• Direct patient care experience and regulatory compliance awareness are expected.
• Certification (ServSafe where required) and safe driving where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and safety checks per program schedule and clinician instructions.
• Group facilitation and compliant documentation in EHR for groups.
• Meal support, coaching on meals and snacks, and adherence to dietary plans.
• Administrative support and patient transportation as needed.
