Job summary

ERC Pathlight seeks a Program Coordinator to provide direct care and supervision across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels. You will maintain structure, support therapeutic programming, and complete required documentation within a safe milieu.

Position involves shift work (3 12s nights) with some weekend responsibilities. Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of direct patient care experience; a valid driver’s license is needed at certain locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record required at locations with company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure by following the established schedule.
• Complete observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Support patients with de-escalation and implementation of coping skills per treatment plan.
• Conduct room and luggage searches.
• Supervise meals and snacks with patients.
• Provide meal support using coaching and skills aligned with the treatment team.
• Complete timely and accurate meal-related documentation.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide patient transportation for medical appointments where applicable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field
