Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Illinois is seeking a Program Coordinator Manager to oversee program delivery at their site and lead a team of Program Coordinators to ensure high-quality patient programming and timely PTO management.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in behavioral health, and proven leadership. You will partner with site leadership to align staffing with patient census and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting is required.
• 6+ months leading or supervising teams, or 1+ years with ERC demonstrating leadership aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Program Coordinators to ensure high-quality patient programming.
• Oversee staffing plans and PTO management in partnership with site leadership.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for staff.
• Support onboarding of new Coordinators and supervise licensure activities.
• Develop flexible staffing aligned with patient census and operational needs.
• Ensure documentation compliance and conduct chart audits.
