Position Description

Supports the program director by performing administrative dutiesrelated to planning, directing and coordinating both the academicand operational activities of the program.

Major/Essential Functions

• Program and project management: Oversee the assigned day-to-dayoperations and logistics of the program. This includes creatingschedules, assisting with recruitment, and evaluating results.
• Financial oversight: Track expenditures, handle invoicing, andprocess travel.
• Communication and reporting: Serve as the primary liaisonbetween program staff, stakeholders, partners, and otherdepartments.
• Administrative support: Maintain program records, manage dataentry, and organize meetings and events. They must ensure alladministrative processes run smoothly.
• Compliance and policy: Ensure that the program operates incompliance with internal policies and external regulations. Inspecialized fields like healthcare or education, this involves adeep knowledge of specific standards.

Occasional Duties

Special projects assigned by program or director ofeducation.

Required Qualifications

High school plus five years experience in related field. Additionaleducation may substitute for experience on a year for yearbasis.
