Job summary

Advanced Group in Redwood City is seeking an Integration & Early Talent Coordinator to support onboarding, employee integration, and early talent programs. You will coordinate new hire onboarding, assist with student and internship programs, and contribute to engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and organized employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, program coordination, event coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through new hire integration.
• Partner with recruiting, HR, IT, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure onboarding readiness.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, employee records, and HR system data.
• Coordinate welcome materials, onboarding resources, and orientation logistics.
• Support internship, fellowship, co-op, and other early talent programs.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and workforce development activities.
• Support communications, reporting, documentation, and process improvement efforts.
