Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR/coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office with familiarity in Workday. Onsite role with a focus on onboarding and employee integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least two years in HR, recruiting, program or events coordination, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Discretion with confidential information; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities from offer through integration.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, IT, and hiring managers.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, records, and HR system data.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding swag, inventories, and shipping.
• Provide logistical support for new-hire orientation sessions and follow-up.
• Support internship, fellowship, co-op, and capstone programs with schedules and resources.
• Provide admin and coordination support for other employee integration initiatives.
