Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients across Colorado. You’ll help maintain structure, provide mealtime support, supervise care, and assist with documentation in the EHR while staying flexible to site needs.

Responsibilities include milieu management, group facilitation, meal support, and administrative tasks. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and state credentials where required are essential, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required at locations operating company vehicles.
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field for PC III.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide milieu management, group facilitation, and meal support.
• Complete documentation in the EHR and assist with transportation as needed.
