Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator (PC I–III) to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You’ll support mealtimes, documentation, and daily program structure across multiple sites.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED, a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, and a valid driver’s license. ServSafe certification may be required; 1+ year of direct patient care is needed. Colorado RCCF locations offer competitive compensation."

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct patient care experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required at sites with company vehicles.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide milieu management and supervision for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Assist with mealtime support and dietary needs per treatment plan.
• Document care and actions in EHR and support transportation as needed.
• Participate in group facilitation and facility outings as required.
• Maintain compliance with certifications and regulatory requirements.
