Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide supervision, structure, and meal support, helping patients follow treatment plans and gain skills.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, documentation in the EHR, coordinating meals, transport as needed, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's in behavioral health is preferred; valid

Qualifications

• Direct patient care experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide milieu and meal support and contribute to implementation of therapeutic programming.
• Document patient observations, meals, and events in the EHR.
• Assist with transportation for medical appointments and other facility needs.
• Participate in group facilitation and support group outings.
