Pasco County is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Office of Economic Growth to manage loans, grants, and program records, while supporting underwriting reviews and KPI reporting. You will engage with external partners, coordinate multiple tasks, and help develop redevelopment initiatives.
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration or related field and two years of relevant experience are required, and you may handle confidential information
The Program Coordinator is a non-managerial position which is responsible for a range of professional and technical duties in support of the Office of Economic Growth (OEG). The responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to, project and program management, contract review and compliance tracking, financial and budget analysis, and other duties related to the administration of the programs and committees established by and coordinated through the OEG. The successful applicant is required to be familiar with principles surrounding small business lending, credit and underwriting, commercial redevelopment, and show initiative to research and learn new concepts related to these principles.
Ability to communicate effectively using written, verbal, and graphic mediums.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field and Two (2) years of project management, contract compliance, business development, marketing, or related experience.Two (2) years of experience in small business lending preferred.
Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
