Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration or related field.
• Two years of project management, contract compliance, business development, marketing or related experience.
• Two years of experience in small business lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist OEG customers in preparing loan and grant applications.
• Checklist loan/grant applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in OEG underwriting review and record Promissory Notes, Liens, and Mortgages as needed.
• Develop and maintain program records, compliance reports and KPIs; market programs to external customers.
