Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, child development or related field preferred.
• Associate degree with two years of related work experience also acceptable.
• Minimum of four years relevant work experience in social services, counseling, child development, or related areas.
• Preferred two years’ experience with teens or volunteers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; public speaking preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and meet state automobile insurance minimums.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bigs with Badges programs and partner relationships.
• Input data, plan activities, and coordinate program logistics.
• Enroll and maintain matches; provide match support and child safety.
• Ensure compliance with BBBS standards and practices.
