Job summary

BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF TAMPA BAY INC is seeking a Program Coordinator for the School-To-Work initiative serving Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. You will oversee the two-year program, coordinate monthly workplace mentor meetings, build partnerships with school districts and partner agencies, and manage data entry and status updates.

Responsibilities include enrollment, matching and supporting volunteers and mentees outside the School-To-Work program as needed, and ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, child development, or related field.
• Associate degree plus two years of related experience, or four years of related work experience.
• Minimum four years of relevant work experience in social services, counseling, or child development.
• Preferred two years of experience working with teens or volunteers.
• Experience building partnerships and linking resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment and matching for the School-to-Work program.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with school districts and partners.
• Input data, track program metrics, and provide status updates.
• Coordinate volunteers and mentees beyond School-to-Work as needed.
