Job description

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Fullmer Consulting | Alamo Heights In Office Role | $60,000-$80,000 (Based on performance, experience, and growth)

About The Company

Fullmer Consulting is a fast-growing real estate education company built on an uncommon principle: selling with integrity or not selling at all. We train experienced real estate professionals and high-performing W2 professionals to sharpen their acquisition strategies through distressed property, probate, and complex transaction education.

About The Role

The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and delivery of our products, programs, and educational offerings. This person helps create an exceptional experience for our students and customers across all levels of education within the program, from initial onboarding through continued education and advanced offerings.

The Program Coordinator works closely with leadership, instructors, team members, and students to coordinate communication, scheduling, educational resources, events, program materials, and ongoing projects.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students and customers across our products and educational programs.
  • Help students navigate the different levels of education, resources, schedules, meetings, and platforms available to them in a timely manner
  • Identify concerns and determine when something needs to be escalated to leadership or the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinate schedules, onboarding, classes, one-on-one sessions, meetings, workshops, and continued education.
  • Draft and send student & vendor communications, announcements, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Create and maintain checklists, procedures, spreadsheets, and internal resources.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating educational events, workshops, meetings, and student experiences.
  • Organize documents and educational materials and maintain accurate information
  • Learn and manage new platforms and technology as needed.
  • Identify inefficient processes and help create better systems.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence on the phone
  • Strong listening and organizational skills
  • The ability to take a loose conversation or idea and turn it into a checklist, timeline, and completed project
  • The ability to spot inefficiencies and propose better systems
  • Detail oriented to maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly
  • High GPA or demonstrated ability to learn quickly

We hire for attitude, aptitude, intelligence, ownership, and drive. We can teach marketing. We can't teach hunger.

The Right Person for This Role

This is a highly collaborative and relationship-driven position. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a leader who likes to talk through ideas, challenges, and processes collaboratively—and is skilled at taking those conversations and turning them into organized action, follow-up, and completed projects. They enjoy talking to people and naturally know how to build rapport without sounding scripted.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with the ability to work independently. They are coachable, persistent, and committed to continuous improvement. They need a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ownership mindset.
