Job summary

Fullmer Consulting in Alamo Heights is seeking a Program Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and delivery of our educational programs. You will ensure an exceptional student and customer experience from onboarding through continued education and advanced offerings.

You will collaborate with leadership, instructors, and teams to manage communication, scheduling, resources, events, and project work, while learning new platforms and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to turn conversations into checklists, timelines, and actionable plans.
