The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Center for Global Business (CGB) in the Jindal School of Management to support events, projects and activities across GTMI, GDI and FLI, and to coordinate the Future Leaders Program for student leadership development.

Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day coordination and execution of events, projects, and activities across the Center for Global Business (CGB)’s three core initiatives: the Global Talent & Mobility Initiative (GTMI), Global Development Initiative (GDI), and Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) within the Jindal School of Management (JSOM) at The University of Texas at Dallas. This highly visible position also leads the coordination of recruitment, promotion, and program delivery for the Future Leaders Program (FLP), helping to create impactful leadership development experiences for students.
The role is responsible for coordinating financial reconciliation, processing receipts and invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Working closely with CGB leadership, the CGB Student Council, the Jindal School community, and corporate partners, the Program Coordinator helps ensure programs and events are delivered efficiently, key milestones are met, and stakeholders remain engaged, informed, and connected to CGB's mission.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Work will be performed on-site and in person.
