Job summary

Credence is seeking a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Department of State's GHSD under the Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (HASC).

The role focuses on program management, process improvement, and operational support to coordinate humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and foreign aid initiatives. You will collaborate with GHSD offices, embassies, and stakeholders to streamline workflows, develop SOPs, dashboards, and automation tools using Power BI, Power Automate, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, public health, project management, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in project management, program design, or process improvement.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a complex organization.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, trackers, or performance monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with budgets, financial information, or program resource data.

Responsibilities

• Support GHSD offices and embassies in designing, coordinating, and implementing foreign assistance programs.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and timeliness.
• Develop SOPs, workflow maps, and job aids for program activities.
• Facilitate meetings and process-improvement discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor design activities and performance metrics.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Prepare quarterly reports on progress, trends, and outcomes.
• Provide training materials and support adoption of new tools.
