Job summary

Credence is seeking a Program Analyst to support the GHSD Global Health Security and Diplomacy programs for U.S. missions. You will help design, fund, implement, and manage foreign assistance initiatives with embassies and GHSD offices worldwide.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and automation to streamline grantmaking and design efforts, with regular reporting and leadership dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in project management, program design, or process improvement.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. embassies and GHSD offices in designing and funding foreign assistance programs.
• Analyze existing program design, grantmaking, and project management processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, job aids, and other supporting documentation.
• Develop improvement plans to accelerate program design and grantmaking timelines.
• Coordinate and track multiple program and process‑improvement workstreams using project management tools.
• Facilitate meetings and process‑improvement discussions with embassy and GHSD personnel.
• Support change‑management activities for new processes, tools, systems, and procedures.
• Develop trackers and management tools to monitor progress across the GHSD Foreign Assistance Hub.
• Track key performance metrics and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and trends.
• Develop leadership‑ready dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Power Automate, chatbots, SharePoint, etc.
• Support development, testing, implementation, and documentation of automation solutions.
• Assist with tracking budgets, financial information, and other program data.
