Job summary

Credence is seeking a Program Analyst to support the GHSD in advancing global health assistance programs and foreign aid initiatives. You will work with U.S. embassies and GHSD offices to streamline design, funding, and management processes.

The role emphasizes development of SOPs, dashboards, and automation solutions using Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate, with a strong focus on efficiency, transparency, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in project management, program design, or process improvement.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and fund foreign assistance programs with embassies and GHSD offices.
• Analyze existing program design and grantmaking processes for efficiency.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and job aids to support program activities.
• Create improvement plans to accelerate program design and grantmaking timelines.
• Track multiple workstreams using project management tools.
• Develop leadership dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
