Zusammenfassung

Credence is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) within the U.S. Department of State.

You will lead program management, process improvement, and data-driven analysis to streamline foreign assistance initiatives and administrative workflows. Work with GHSD offices, embassies, and stakeholders to design solutions, develop SOPs, dashboards, and automation tools using Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong project management experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in program design, management, or improvement.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and offices.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, trackers, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with budgets and financial information.

Aufgaben

• Support GHSD offices and embassies in designing and implementing foreign assistance programs.
• Analyze current processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and consistency.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and job aids to support operations.
• Lead meetings and working sessions with stakeholders across offices.
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor program design activities and performance indicators.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Prepare quarterly reports on improvements, automation, and outcomes.
• Provide training materials and facilitation guides to support adoption of new tools.
• Coordinate with overseas posts to ensure timely completion of requirements.
