Zusammenfassung

Credence is seeking a Program Analyst to support the GHSD’s global health initiatives under the HASC contract. You will design, fund, and manage foreign assistance programs, streamline processes, and develop toolkits to improve efficiency and transparency across embassies and bureaus.

Responsibilities include creating SOPs, dashboards, and automation solutions, coordinating with multiple offices, and supporting budget tracking and reporting efforts throughout the life of the program.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in PM, program design, or related fields.
• Experience with federal/government-like programs is desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is required.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance is required.

• Design and fund foreign assistance programs with embassies and GHSD offices.
• Identify efficiency gains in program design and grantmaking processes.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and job aids for staff.
• Create improvement plans to accelerate timelines for design and grantmaking.
• Track multiple workstreams using project management tools.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder discussions across offices.
• Support change-management for new tools and procedures.
• Develop trackers to monitor GHSD Foreign Assistance Hub progress.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop leadership-ready dashboards using Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
• Identify automation opportunities with Power Automate and SharePoint.
