Job summary

Credence in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (HASC) with the U.S. Department of State.

You will provide program management, budgeting, and reporting support to GHSD, coordinating with embassies, posts, and multiple bureaus to maintain 24/7 response capability. You will review modifications, route funds requests, and help develop SOPs and performance dashboards, working under a Government Technical Manager and a Credence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project management, program design, or related field.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, trackers for monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

• Award modification support: review and route modification requests with proper documentation.
• Funds approval and budgeting support: verify funds, align obligations with budgets, support projections.
• Reporting and process support: track progress, KPI reporting, and training.]
