Credence Management Solutions, LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Program Analyst to support the Department of State's GHSD. You will help design, fund, coordinate, and monitor humanitarian aid programs across bureaus, embassies, and posts, maintaining a 24/7 response capability.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, process maps, dashboards, and automation using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related tools; managing multiple workstreams and delivering timely, compliant results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, management, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in project management, program design, or process improvement.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across offices and overseas posts.
• Experience developing dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools.

• Support GHSD offices and U.S. embassies/posts in designing, coordinating, and implementing foreign assistance programs.
• Analyze program design, grantmaking, tasking, and approval processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, and job aids.
• Facilitate meetings and process-improvement discussions with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams, track milestones, risks, and action items.
