The Program Analyst will support GHSD efforts to improve the design, funding, implementation, and management of global health assistance programs. The role will coordinate with U.S.

embassies, GHSD offices, and stakeholders to streamline program design, grantmaking processes, and automation opportunities. Day-to-day oversight comes from a DOS Government Technical Manager, with supervision by a Team Credence contract supervisor.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; public administration, business, public health or related field.
• At least five years of experience in project management, program design, process improvement, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance (active preferred).

Mansioni

• Support embassy and GHSD offices in designing and funding foreign assistance programs.
• Analyze existing program design, grantmaking, and project management for efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, job aids, and facilitation guides.
• Coordinate multiple program and process-improvement workstreams using PM tools.
• Develop dashboards/reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
