Job summary

The Arc Western Montana seeks a Program Administrator to lead and coordinate a team delivering supported living services. The role oversees a House Manager, Shift Lead and Direct Support Professionals, ensuring staffing coverage and program quality.

Responsibilities include performance evaluations, trainings, guardian and licensing liaison, and hands-on care when required. On-call rotation occurs every 4–5 weeks in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in IDD settings.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to provide direct care when needed.
• At least 5 years of driving experience with a clear record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a House Manager, Shift Lead and Direct Support Professionals.
• Manage staff schedules, approve timecards, and ensure program coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff trainings.
• Serve as primary contact for guardians, case managers, DDP, and licensing.
• Oversee PSP documentation and assessments.
• Provide hands-on care as needed, including support with ADLs and hygiene.
• Rotate on-call management duties every 4–5 weeks.
