Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• Montana driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide staff across assigned location.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with PSP development and assessments.
• Train staff and monitor performance; apply corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
• Help plan daily activities and community outings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
